I convinced the student I'm working with to pick Maine for his state report.

I might end up writing it for him.

"Maine is home to many small towns, like Storybrooke, Cabot Cove, and Haven...

... notable residents of Maine include mystery novelist J.B. Fletcher..."

murder she wrote, haven

He was one of the last to pick, so all the states he wanted to pick kept getting chosen. Basically, I just kept feeding him the names of states so he wouldn't panic.

It's not your fault that Maine is fascinating. I mean, Rhode Island only gets doctors.

Think about all the Pet Semataries and Cujos he found! And movable vehicles. The man is a font of helpful in describing Maine.

LOL, Maine really isn't all that interesting. I've been there. XD

Pretend!Maine is FABULOUS, though! (Despite the apparent murder rates.)

Whenever I see Storeybrooke I am like "Stoneybrooke? But the Babysitter's Club was in Connecticut! Don't lie to me!"

Pretend!Maine is a pretty awesome place. Have you ever read Caroline B. Cooney's Losing Christina trilogy? Set in Maine, too. What is it about Maine?

IKR?!

No, I haven't!

LOL, maybe people who haven't been there find it romantic. It's like Alaska, but contiguous.
