I love them both! and yes finding a book that hadn't been made into a movie was so annoying. I went through my book shelf *no, nope, no, ...maybe? *googles* nope, oohh... crap nope*

Finally settled on Artemis Fowl.

Hahaha, for some of them, I was like... "But the movie was CRAPPY! It shouldn't count!"

I also don't know that many British actors/actors who can do British accents, so a lot of my fantasy books were out of the question. XD

Oh, I read all the Parasol Protectorate books!

I don't watch Dr. Who.

They're fun! I love how she's relentlessly The Hero, even with her husband attempting to muck about in things. I liked the first one the best. The author's habit of randomly changing viewpoints gets on my nerves sometimes. XD (lol, I actually finished them a few days ago.)

I didn't do my "favorite" book, 'cause I've already cast that lots of times for different challenges. XD

See?

Looool, I can't imagine why.

He's too old now, though. D:

(I cast Justin Long as the main character once, too. That could totally work.)

Thanks!

THE MEDIATOR BOOKS ROCK SO HARD. Forget movie, they totally need their own miniseries. Between the Mediator books and Gilmore Girls, I think that Jesse and Jess are the hottest guy names ever.

Plus, unlike my other "this book would such a great movie!" books, the Mediator books might possibly eventually someday happen! (Well, probably not. But still!) The studios already know that Meg Cabot movies are a big win, and paranormal romance is hot this year, so they should go for it!

The rights for The Mediator did get picked up for a movie a few years ago, but nothing since (I had to look it up to make sure for the challenge. XD). I would agree, except I've seen how TV has ruined The Vampire Diaries (and will assuredly be ruining The Secret Circle). They have to eliminate most of the plot so that it can be stretched out over a season, but they still have to have a story arc, so they invent bizarre 'plot' of their own, leading them to completely ignore the rules of the paranormal occurences in their own damn universes (yes, I am bitter, okay?).

Perhaps in the alternate universe where TV execs adapt books into TV series without wrecking them, the Mediator will hit the small screen.
