Two and a half weeks and I already have racked up 1350 shutter activations of my new K10D. I'm going to wind up wearing this thing out in only a few years if I keep this rate up

I like how you can even get a view of the exhaust and you got a nice blur of the back so you can see the movement. Nice shot. I spent forever trying to get the tires to blur when I was shooting photos of a friends racecar last year with not enough light for the lens i was using.
I was playing with a friend's tamron lens last weekend that does the built in macro (first time playing with it) http://www.cosanostra.net/~astarte/pics/2007/Meadowlark_Gardens/June_23/tn/DSC_2455.JPG.html and it was a lot of fun. I didn't quite understand some of the mechanics (like you don't have to keep holding down the macro button after you've gotten it into that mode) so a lot of my stuff isn't as good as it could have been, and it was a super sunny day and i was letting the camera auto everything except focus.
