Florian was happily playing with the dolls on his bed when the knock sounded, to which he jumped up and ran to the door. The idea of having somebody new to be with him was an exciting one, after all, and the boy was sure Wolfram would be nice and caring and all that other stuff.

He opened the door wide, then, and gave a big smile to the person there. "Hello!"

Two-or-maybe-three, Florian had said. The boy meeting Wolfram at the door was NOT two-or-maybe-three, Wolfram didn't care how fast humans grew. He was older than ten at the very least.

"...Hello," Wolfram managed, staring. There were a few dolls on the bed, but nothing else that would pin down Florian's age. Well, maybe there was something weirder going on... "Florian, right?"

"Yup, I'm Florian!" He smiled a bit more, though he was getting confused by the staring. Was something wrong? He looked behind him, in case there was something weird there, but he didn't see anything different. Paper and crayons were on the floor as usual, dolls were on the bed (for the most part) like always; everything was perfect.

Oh well. After a "Hmm" of confusion or something, he turned back to Wolfram and smiled again. "D'you wanna see my dollies?"

Wolfram cleared his throat, embarrassed that he'd kept staring so long. "...Sure," he said, giving the boy a smile. He acted younger than he looked, but he looked older than he said he was. Definitely something weird going on.

"What are their names?" he asked, closing the door of the room behind himself as he stepped in and giving Florian a smile.
