Jack arrived a few minutes early, something he seemed to have already made a habit of during his admittedly short time in the mansion.

He glanced round, till he spotted Clow. He raised a hand to catch his attention, and made his way over to him.

He didn't have to wait for long. A little after he arrived, he saw Jack walking towards him. Clow smiled as he stood up to greet him.

"Good afternoon. I see you did manage to avoid the plants," he said, and then offered him a plate full of snacks. "Cookie?"

Jack laughed, before taking one of the offered snacks. "Thanks," He said. "And yeah, I managed fine. You were right about how easy they are to spot."

He liked people who started their conversations laughing. That was always a good sign.

"It's a strange place, this Mansion," Clow mused. "Some things are really easy to spot, and others don't make sense even after months of being here... But one gets used to it, eventually. It's not a bad place to be in, as long as you don't miss your own world too much."
