And here was Vyers? In front of his mirror, attempting to just part his hair in just the right place. But of course. And it wasn't agreeing with him. Of course he didn't have his special shampoo, his custom made things and other bath supplies with the glorious scent of lavender... no he did not. But he'd make due with what he had. Had to be wonderful for his guest ( ... )

First impressions were curious things. Vyers swung the door open wide and Nuriko was caught staring right back. Nope, not hard on the eyes at all. Though he vaguely wondered if he had come at a bad time...the demon appeared to be only half-dressed ( ... )

Uh oh. He looked uncomfortable. As his past self, he never would have looked at it the same way. (As his past self, for most of his life, he probably would have used, abused, and thrown away Nuriko.) But he was Vyers now, and he did care of other's opinions. For a moment he looked to the male strangely. What feminine eyes. It looked very nice forming with the hair and his face. How strange.

"It's lovely hair. It give me an urge to comb through it with my fingers, but you seem uncomfortable touching it..." A sheepish laugh left the curving happy lips, and he tried to seem a bit, invasive as before. He couldn't help it. That hair was gorgeous!

"Ah yes, I am very very very ready..." For the first time, really... the first time, he stepped from his room. For a moment he looked down the hall to the left, down to the right. No Prinnies running down the hall with scissors? Good. "Do the halls... end?"

Compliments, even strange ones, were always welcome. Nuriko just wasn't used to that sort of thing, touches, that is. Well, no need for Vyers to know that. The thought was hardly cheering for Nuriko either, so the young man let it go with a smile.

"Don't worry about it," he assured him. The human stepped back and gestured for Vyers to follow him.

"No, they don't. There are only ten floors but the halls twist and go on forever," he explained. "There's one stairwell, and most people pick rooms closer to those. It's easier not to get lost that way. Right now we're closer to the kitchens, so that's where we'll begin."

Nuriko smiled up at Vyers and tilted his head, waiting for the demon to follow before leading him on down the hall, the numbers on the doors going down as they walked.

Vyers did follow. He stepped close after, seeming to strut as he walked. It wasn't terribly feminine, but, it was a strut, revealing his strength and pride all at once, touching just a bit of his attitude. He kept curious, and close to Nuriko though as they walked. Safe distance, but not enough to get lost.

"Forever?" he's never even HEARD of something like that. His eyes gave a strange look to him. "You mean on and on and on and on- how do you not trip over corpses in these halls!" It was so utterly strange to him. His cas-what was his castle, was large. But you could find your way out. You could even understand the Item world! "That is so utterly... strange..."

"Mmmm well. I could maybe steal something to eat when we get down?" he asked, smiling once more. "I just need to put something in my stomach for a liiiiittle bit!"
