Omoi: *removes lollipop from mouth* Yeah, so. In an attempt to keep the schedule rolling and update, Ken posts the first of a ridiculously long list of fan art that he did last year. He'll probably die before he finishes it all but . . . *shrugs*
Onto the picture: The thought behind it was Shikamaru off screen walking up to do some cloud gazing when Chouji turns around to offer the chips . . . that will probably give them both food poisoning.
About the clothes: Ken has always thought Kishimoto's fashion sense was severely lacking, so he modified Chouji's original out fit to something more flattering. And yes, that is a tattoo of the Akimichi clan symbol on his arm instead of emblazoned on his shirt like big red target >_<; i think i'm starting to understand the change.
What Ken said about it: *reads from list* forgive the shadows. forgive the hair (having a bad day). i think the only think i really like at this point are the clothes, his lips, and the grass under his butt >_<.
