This was great! Fabulous action scene, toward the end there. You got me completely caught up in the action. I was actually nervous.
The whole story held together well. You had me totally believing that Trip's parents were involved. Very well done.
I really liked Malcolm and Trip in this one. The way they finally got together was so nice, only to have the visit with Trip's parents spiral so badly out of control.
Wow. Simply wow. There were many great moments in this story, but my favorite has to be Trip and Malcolm getting together. No long speeches or confessions, just an acceptance of something they've known for a long time. LOVED it! I was also completely surprised when (spoiler alert) it turned out that the Tuckers hadn't become isolationists, after all. I never even guessed until Hank pointed the gun at them! Thank you so much, Sal! I loved the story, and I was glad you picked the "Trip takes Malcolm home" prompt (I was secretly hoping for that ;)!) Sita
I totally bought the bit about Trip's parents being isolationists. you're good...! the action was really amazing too - and the moment that Trip and Malcolm both decide to take their relationship to the next level, their acceptance of what was between them, was so wonderfully simple it was deeply touching. :-)
