Sick bay-Morning-Day 30-Ajar (give it a bit before coming in)
He had no idea how he'd made it to the med bay. He was still wearing the uniform he was wearing the night before not even taking time to shower through the blinding hangover headache he was experiencing. In fact, now that he was at the door to the med bay he wasn't entirely sure he remembered the trip.
What he was aware of, unfortunately, were two competing pains. There was the obvious headache mercilessly hammering at his temples and a surprisingly startling pain in his left knee. All he recalled about getting that was a the view from the top of a table. He had no idea what he'd been doing during that time, but it must have been worth it to have to hobble all the way to sickbay for.
He hoped it had been worth it, at least.
The lights were far too bright as he passed the threshold of the wooshing doors (which were wooshing far too loud today). There was that nausea again. He ignored anyone at the front and looked specifically for Christy.
He squinted around a corner.
"Christy?" he grumbled squinting through his hangover symptoms. Was that her?
