Yep, death penalty still exists, unfortunately.

And just as an objective question, why does that scare you so much?

You've lost me. I know who Thomas Beatie is, but your logic just flew over my head. Explain, please?

What don't you agree with? Just hypothetically.

Well, Obama certainly can't do that on his own. He' going to need some major help.
And I kind of agree on 10- but certain people are even worse when they are 16 then when they are 18. Personally, I think we should have some sort of test- I heard Britain does it. I think we should- as long as we make sure it's not discriminatory (in a bad way). Just if you have no knowledge on issues and are just voting by party. I don't think you really should be able to vote per say since you're not really voting with any real knowledge you're voting by name. But you've heard my spiel before...
And of course you know what I don't agree with...
Oh and number 6- yes. Although I'd be curious to hear someone's view who still wants to have the electoral college.

My view on 10 is pretty close to yours - I think we should have a test to confirm that a person is ready to be responsible for their own affairs and livelihood. Mostly because I know 13 year olds who are more mature than 18 year olds. It's sad. I also think 13 year olds (informed ones) should be able to vote, though perhaps they should have to explain their reason for voting for whom.

I really don't know what you don't agree with. What is it?

I would actually be willing to accept a compromise on the electoral college if we did a proportional electoral vote system, instead of winner-take-all. I really don't think it's fair to the American people.
