Well, technically, it was the school's generator and some power lines that malfunctioned, but you know, why worry about the details when life hands you a day like this? :D

I did that once, and I couldn't look left for a week, which was a bit unhelpful when I tried to cross roads and the like.

Yeah i sometimes think the same about my mother but thats what you expect from an asian mother i guess.

Well common stereotype with asians: they're stingy and well my mother fits that stereotype well. Everything i do that involves money is a waste to her. She once gave me a lecture when i asked her for $2. Idk if its all asians but from what i hear from some of my friends who have asian parents, they recieve the same things.

My dad and I find my mothers money habits quite annoying.
