I have been thinking, and I have come to this conclusion.
Sometimes, you just need plotless, pointless, no-worry, no-rules, just-for-fun, free-for-all roleplay. To get your brain in gear, to get the juices flowing, because you want to play with a character you have no plot for, whatever.
