Sah'ot had laid things out in front of him: a spread of twinkies, raw anchovies and brickquer (human tastebuds he still did not understand, even after all this time). He had also stacked up as many textbooks and teaching holos as he could find, though most were outdated ( Read more... )

Somehow, she had been half-bribed, half-convinced to teach Economics. All she knew was the set of principles from her era, but "there'sss sso much good st-tuff in hissstorical t-trade!"

Or, at least, that is what she was told. The terms of her tenure were yet to be agreed upon, of course, and she reserved the right to say no if she didn't enjoy it. Whatever the case was, however, she showed up dressed in her purple and brown as per usual, her tail wrapped around her waist like a fashionable accessory and her ears under a scarf.

As one of his bros, Horo was a shoe-in. He never claimed to be immune to nepotism. Although there were limits. Spiderbeam, Ifni rest his smutty soul, would not have been allowed.

"Glad t-to have you, Horo-sensei. Help yourssself to whatever you like. Now basically what I want you t-to tell me isss how you would go about teaching economics to someone with no education at all."

Victoria was likely the last person anyone expected to have talent for teaching, and they'd be quite correct in this assumption. However, she is quite the seamstress and has put together many of the gothic gowns the doll-maiden wears on a daily basis.

As far as she figured, it would be helpful to teach the youth of the station to repair their clothing was a noble endeavor and has arrived at the library wearing one of her more casual dresses and carrying a armful of sewing supplies in her ball-jointed hands

Sah'ot's grin became a bit more pronounced, less simply a default state. He gestured a welcome with his waldo arms.

"Hey there t-toots. Looksss like at least someone came prepared. Are you ready t-to hammer out a lesson plan?"

Despite his normally happy-go-lucky demeanor, he was quite serious about this. His kids were going to get the best education possible on the junkstation.

"Very much so." She said grinning through her porcelain mask. "The children of this station would benefit greatly from enjoying a degree of self sufficiency that activities such as sewing allow."
