As you may have seen, LiveJournal was sued by Mavrix, a photography agency who was the copyright holder of several images which had been posted to Oh No They Didn't! (ONTD). Given the love-in about your admirable stance on the law suit, I'd like to ask two questions.
1) Have you been forced to or have you chosen to reveal identities of your subscribers located in Russia or elsewhere to any agents of the Russian state?
AND
2) What are you planning to do about your subscribers in Russia if/when the internet iron curtain comes down, reportedly on January 1st, 2015?

I would like to know the answers to both questions, are all LiveJournal members protected in the same way? Regardless where they live?
