Well, a confluence of things. While nav's insanely busy, I'm also often socially overcommitted, need to get my own shit straightened out, and the biggest thing, we'd have to talk to the landlord about it. Once life (for her, for me, for us) is more settled, we'll be considering the next step.

Did I mention that the last time I ran into Lily (boxer down the street) with her owner, after I petted her and walked away, I heard a choking sound behind me as she tried to follow.

My mom laughed when I described it, since we're long familiar with that noise from our own dogs, the over-eager zoom-yank-hurkle.
