I actually have medicine I take for them when they're really bad ones, and this isn't one of the really bad ones. It's just a tiny little starting one, so I'm like "Well! Bedtime for me, then!"
I had a migraine at work one time, went to an assistant manager, said I had to go home 'cause I didn't feel well and she was all "Are you kidding me?" Damn near threw up on the bitch's shoes, that's how serious I was. Only thing that kept me from doing it was the part where I was too busy crying from pain to actually get sick.
I know, right? I mean, I love you to bits and all, but I don't want your migraine. I'd take it if it meant you WOULDN'T have it, but this both of us having one shit's just gotta stop!
Oh ick ick ick I HATE those. I used to have horrible ones, but they're much better now.
Things to try: acupuncture (no really.. I hate needles but it worked.. omg it worked) and daily supplements of CoQ10 and magnesium.
Those were the only things that got mine to stop, and I used to have 2-3 a week with once every couple months 1 so bad I had to hit the ER. Now, I have a "normal" one maybe once every 6 months. Huge huge improvement.
