First off I really, really, really don't want to be at work today...

More importantly I am having a major dilemma.  Our 10th wedding anniversary is coming up this May and I really want to do something special which means travel.  I am just struggling with where.  Here are the choices and reasonings:

a) Europe (England, Ireland, France)
