Your eyes sound gorgeous!
I like my back and shoulders. I think my muscles and skin curve beautifully over my bones; the combination of usefulness and aesthetics, for activities like dancing and climbing, really pleases me. Honestly, I like my torso in general; from my waist to my tummy to my chest, I'm happy with how I look, and I'll wear damn close to nothing (sometimes just nothing) because I'm so comfortable with this part of me.
I like my eyes too. Their colors changes and I think they're very expressive.
I also think I have nice legs in general. One of the many bonuses of running. :D

I also like my height, oddly enough. I'm only 5'3" - I like to be short but not too short. Most guys are taller than me, and I can see over the steering wheel.
