Sun Outage

Title to be explained later.

but the main purpose was to tell antoher story of annoyance.

Have you ever been on the train having fun playing a game, or enjoying a book, or listening to your favorite song...

- and then suddenly a set of parents come onboard with a pram and towing a toddler in row?

well the good news is the baby in the pram wasn't crying

the bad news is,
the toddler is noisy.

So this little girl boarded at a station telling her father (very loudly) that she's a big girl now.

It went something like this : Daddy I'm a big girl now, leh! you know? I'm a big girl now!

Repeat this for about ten times.

now at first i thought she was going to tell her father about her day at pre-school/home etc. but no. All she wanted to say was that she's a big girl now.

of course there were some variations like 'I'm a big jie jie (big sister) now!'

i spent about 6 or 7 stations listening to her endlessly ranting i'm a big girl now.

daddy. i'm a big girl now leh! i'm a big big big girl, i'm a jie jie now. Daddy, you know? i'm a big girl now! you know? daddy, i'm a big jie jie. a big girl, daddy, you know? I'm a big jie jie now. I'm a big jie jie, big jie jie. big girl, you know? daddy, you know?? i'm a big girl~ i'm a big big girl, you know? i'm a big jie jie, daddy, you know? you know or not? im a big girl...

Like, hello... your parents' aren't talking to you...

ARGH

shut up shut up shut up shut up

Anyways.

A sun outage will dirupt your satellite's transmission. It happens twice a year. And when that happens, the sun is in the same line as your satellite and the sun's energy will cause such a problem.

So I think i missed 5 mins of CSI:NY because of that.

annoying things
