more big bang theory talk
We ended up getting into the taping yesterday fine with no problems! There weren't a ton of special invited guest VIPs like I thought there might be (like there were for the finale). We actually ended up with the best seats I think we've had - fifth row, dead center in front of the elevator, so we could see both apartments clearly. We had the option to actually sit front row, but WAY to the very far left, and we wouldn't have seen much at all if we'd sat there.
There were parts of the episode I liked, and parts I didn't like. That's all I'll say here, but I typed up a full report at fanforum if anyone wants spoilers.
When it was over I was able to get Johnny Galecki, Kunal Nayyar, Bill Prady, and Chuck Lorre to sign my TV Guide Comic Con issue (with TBBT on the cover). Simon Helberg also stayed around to sign, but I missed him, so hopefully I'll catch him next week.
And I just came across this 30 days of Big Bang Theory meme, which I've decided I have to do, so...
01 | favorite season It's a hard call between seasons 2 and 3. (Season 1 is out of the running because Penny's characterization in the early episodes annoys me sometimes.) Season 2 has a ton of really great group episodes, and some nice LP build-up. Season 3 has LP as a couple, but not as much group fun. I think I'll go with season 2, mostly because I think I thoroughly enjoyed those episodes more consistently than I did in season 3.
