oh oh i know that one! all the girls MUST use catholic school uniforms with very short skirts!!! errr...okay i kinda got over enthusiastic here... >_<

But seriously? a law to increase the support and money in public schools around the country. To invest in Education is the best thing to do, so that could be my first law.... that and the short skirts one too :P

Education is definitely the way to go. Not only does it enrich the lives of the people living there and encourage a growing economy, you will also have a high population of school-girls.
