Hello, muns! It's time for some updates - and a few reminders. This update comes in five parts.

I didn't see anything in the rules about not apping the same character twice in a row, which you said to me >:(

Have you decided about the Turks' punishment yet?

Ah, we're sorry for the confusion, we thought it was a bit of an unspoken rule. But, when we decline an app, especially when it's due to OOCness, it doesn't mean that you can just fix what was wrong on the app and resubmit it. That's what you do when your application has been wavered.

No, not yet, sorry. Michelle's the one who's been mainly coming up with the punishments, so you should try to ask her about it when she logs in on AIM. ♥

I have a question regarding the 50% power: since Tsubaki has come in after the power-up and subsequent power-down, is she at 0% powers, or would she be at 50% and be able to say... turn her hair into the kusarigama, but have it be too heavy to use?
