I assume your speaking of Yuffie as the other have already mentioned. She's taken to hiding some where, and was probably in a hurry to get supplies and get back her hole.

If you see again just..... ignore her? She really doesn't..... mean any harm. She's just..... excitable. Who am I kidding? If you see her again feel free to yell at her as much as you want. You never know, it might do some good. Even if she has been doing better lately.

I have to put up with Rikku on a daily basis. I highly doubt it'll get to the stage where I feel the compulsion to yell at her.

Besides, it has little effect on Rikku, likely enough, Yuffie is impervious to it too.
