Who pays for all those policemen & women that were provided for security? Who payed for the jumbo screens? Taxpayers?

Most of the inauguration events are funded by donors.
Here's the list of donors for Obama's inauguration.

I also read that the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies has a budget to pay for the actual swearing-in ceremony, which comes from a Congressional appropriation. This year the Committee was actually budgeted $10,000 LESS taxpayer dollars than was budgeted for Bush's second inauguration in 2005. The rest is paid for by volunteer donors...
