I borrowed uwe's fancy sports watch so it would beep every 60 and then every 90 seconds. So all I had to do was change state whenever it beeped.
But I messed up and tried for 90run 60walk instead of the other way around, so I only made four cycles before I had to walk extra. But I kept going, took a few long breaks and then a few 60 second jog legs. So next time if I do it properly it should be better.
I'm just glad that i wasn't negative couch fitness units.
oh man, lady, i just painted this awesome portait in the same b&white syle that i did my wn portrait in it's of the main samurai dude from teh 7 samurai, and he's looking over his shoulder with a look that says "get back to work or disembowel yourself! stop wasting time!"
Are you running by yourself or with a partner? I've found it's easier to run with a partner(s).
Regardless, I feel your pain. I just started running again after a few years and it hasn't been the easiest transition...but it is getting a lot better. Soon you'll be itching to do a marathon! :D

i hate running too. i'm so bad at run-walking because i either have mental stamina, or i don't. i don't have discipline for 20 1 minute bursts.

Regardless, I feel your pain. I just started running again after a few years and it hasn't been the easiest transition...but it is getting a lot better. Soon you'll be itching to do a marathon! :D
