Gah, of course I'm freezing: there are a measly 17.5°C in this stupid room! Ugh. (To add insult to injury, my aunt wears short or medium sleeved blouses and suffers not. To her it must feel roomy and cozy.) Ughhh. (Articulated sounds waste heat.)

Well, time to get a lot of use of my Daniel "I hate cold" icon again...

The heat in our building didn't come on until this morning, and it's been 45F (about 7.2 C, according to this converter) outside since Monday. Our apartment has been between 60 and 63 degrees (15.5 and 17.2) since then. I DEFINITELY sympathize. I wanted to cry when I got out of the shower yesterday (since I'm getting how now about an hour before sunrise).

Something's gone grievously wrong with the weather on East Coast USA. It's snowing up where my parents are... snow after Halloween and before Thanksgiving is fair game but snow on October 15th is record-breaking.

The rest of my family appears to not require heat. My grandmother did though, turning up the furnace to stay warm.

Our thermostat says the room is 24C, but it never actually feels that warm. I do crank it up to 25 if I'm feeling really cold though.

I turned off my air conditioner last night because the temp had gone down from 80F (27C) to 68F (20C). When I got up this morning, it was 61F (16C).
