Bah. The miracle didn't even last three days. The SGA torrent downloaded in almost ten hours (longer than I've been at work, and this has been a long day). Now the best I can get is 4-5 KB/s, and I can't upload anything. It feels like dial-up ( Read more... )

maybe you have a bandwidth limit as well now? also, i can NEVER download SGA quickly. my other shows can download within 3 - 4 hours despite my crappy upload rates but SGA and SG-1 always takes ages, i don't know why!

as for the HHGttG, errr, in romanian? i don't know. i don't usually like translation and a book like that would require pure genius to translate. i was lazy to read it on a computer screen as well so i bought all the books, ahaha. well, except for young zaphod plays it safe i think.

I have a traffic limit (which is obnoxious, considering that the contract type is "unlimited") at 20 GB, after which the speed goes down to what it was before the upgrade. (Needless to say, I easily reach that limit before the month ends, but I wasn't there yet.) No, the connection is just whimsical.

Exactly, a book like that requires one to be worthy of it and learn English to properly appreciate it! :D

Atm I'm really pondering the miracle of torrent because SPN isn't even crawling, it hasn't stalled, it just hasn't started. It's here, looking at me and teasing me... probably smirking, too, but it's still at the starting line. I WANT "FAITH" DAMMIT! GIMME!

Too bad about the impossibility of pimping HHGttG, that would have been a good opportunity, yes. Life is cruel *nods*
