The EA London gig was last night, and it absolutely blew me away. Soraya came with me, since my best friend from home couldn't make it.

First of all, I ran into Wabe the Faerie from the EA forum at the very front of the queue. She'd asked me to find her at the gig, without mentioning why. Turns out that she'd received two Opheliac EPs from the eBay

Thank you! I'm glad you like them - I thought they'd all suck. A lot of the pictures are blurry, but feel free to put the ones you deem worthy on BR.

I forgot to tell you about the plague plushie? XD It was a spur of the moment thing - I stuck all my microbe plushies to my wall, and the plague one sort of stood out. So I grabbed it as I left, thinking EA miiight just find it amusing.

Will you be going to the NY gig (or any other not-yet-booked/announced shows in the US)?

I'm pretty sure I'm going to the NY gig. It's kind of far away and will be a pricey trip, but it's so worth it!

That'll be awesome! Once they start announcing more US dates there might be a show closer to where you live too, though. :3

And OMG OMG OMG OMG!! How amazing that you got to meet her and got in the tourbus etc.!! I'm freakin' jealouse, I hope to get to meet EA also again. =3

I'm sure your pictures will be awesome! You have a decent camera, while my poor little excuse for a camera.. Missed all the action. I have loads of pictures with EA or Crumpets in really funny poses because they did something that looked awesome a millisecond earlier - and them my camera was too slow. X3

I still haven't quite recovered from it all. One of the things that was most awesome, was actually receiving the Opheliac EP in the end - and hearing how happy it made EA. <3

Yeah. I'll be a demented old lady, telling my grandchildren about EA feeding me crumpets in her tour bus every time I see them. XD It was surreal.

I'm sure you'll love the gig. The new crumpets are awesome, and the entire show has gotten sooo much better since the first time I saw EA live. I hope you'll have an awesome time! :D

I really hope so. According to a girl at the forum, who apparently likes to email Stefan at Shadowland a lot, it's only sold around 50 tickets. Not that I believe that, Bunny said he thought half was gone (and that was around 20th of September)

But I really wonder how many people will be there, I mean... 350 at the most... I'm sure I'll get to the signing table before it closes, at least. I doubt everyone at the concert goes to the signing.

Now...to find a bunny plushie... *plots*

Is Shadowland the only place selling tickets, though? Maybe Stefan only keeps track of what he's sold? And there's still a couple of weeks to go. (You know, if you ended up being less than a hundred people it would be a really small and intimate gig. That would be awesome. Not to mention that you wouldn't have to queue for hours for the signing afterwards. X3)
