i know what you mean about your brother..its like if someone has a different life everyone's lives change just like that! cuz i mean, if your brother would be normal maybe you could go to the US? right?

actually i was wondering if my transition here would have been easier and i would have been able to stay with my mom, make a life here, and have friends in the U.S. and here

i do have friends. sometimes more than i can handle. but im not necessarily close to all of them. but that's a whole other issue...

but i just mean that the transition would have been EASIER. the problems would still be there but it would have been 10 times easier with a friend/brother who was going through the same thing as me (and close to my age! we're only 11 months apart)

It's a nice dream. Especially considering how selfless it is. :) I always wonder stuff like that - how would me life be if I had done this or that.

i never regret anything in my life that i have done because to be able to be where i am at now wouldnt be possible otherwise.. i truly believe that. yes i do cringe at MOST of my past experiances but im so afraid to even WISH it was done different because so much good has come out of everything...

but even though my brother's autism is difficult, if he is happier this way than being the way he could have been, then i would rather he stay this way. it's all about him being HAPPY.

haha who is David Boreanaz?

I'd love to work with autistic kids, my mom works with people with mental illnesses and I once babysat for a little boy with autism. I had no idea your brother was autistic. I think you're right about your brother.
i just CANT IMAGINE him walking home one day with a basketball on his hip and his friends behind him coming home to raid the fridge. that has been been my dream for so many years.. that made me cry. Is he older or younger?

david boreanaz is this champion bowler at my school..

my brother is 11 months younger than me :) for 2 weeks he and i are the same age. we're what they call 'irish twins' lol

he doesnt have it very bad. for example he can express himself. but if he was walking down the street, you'd notice something off about him. he laughs to himself a lot, he doesnt have a good perception of the space around him so he's all the time bumbing into ppl, stuff like that
