Backing up your TS2 game

I had this posted on Simbology and kept having to look for the post when people asked this question, so I thought I'd repost here :)

All I do is back up my CC and extract my favorite sims for safe keeping, and sometimes uploading. (: But this guide is great!

Thanks for this! Most the other one just suggest backing up your downloads and neighborhoods foler, they never really mention any of the other folders you did. Which in my case I would want to back up alot of the ones that you mentioned, and i had never even thought about making a backup of them too.

I had always backed up the whole thing, because I've never been sure which folders are non-essential. Thanks for this. :)
