Decisions... decisions...

I made a Generations play park but forgot to place lights. I'm trying to decide whether to upload it anyway or go back in-game and place the lights first. I might place the lights because having a park without lights is just plain annoying. And then I might play the world for a couple of sim days so I can take pretty pictures with the butterfly ( Read more... )

It looks very nice. Really like the treehouse and slide, wish is was available for Sims2.

I have to agree, its so simple yet SO effective, and so USEFUL! Can't wait to be able to pop this into my game (once I get Generations). :D

And yeah, I think perhaps popping some lights in pre-release would probably work better. And conceivably add some height to some of the flatter areas ^_^

Needs more shrubberies and other higher things, huh? I tend to put in the low fence lights in parks but I might look into popping in some higher ones.

I kind of like it flat. When it's placed in the right spot you get a nice effect from the neighbourhood trees, like it's a little flat playground spot surrounded by trees and other woodsy stuff. I do agree that adding some height to various areas would make it a bit better.

I don't know that it needs HEAPS more, just a little bit here and there for texture and height variance. I think a few tall but pretty street style lamps would totally do a lot of the job. ^^

It's gorgeous! I can see Sims having loads of fun there, esp. the ones that don't have big back yards for the fun stuff.
