Hooray for traveling! I'm also heading off around Europe at the end of the month - we'll be hitting up Berlin and Prague, amongst others, so you should tip tips on good places to see. :D

My friend has a short list of things to do in Berlin; I'll try to post it soon. We have no idea what we're going to do in Prague. Hopefully someone at the hostel we're staying at will have some ideas for us. /o\

Where else are you going?

Uhm, we're doing kind of a whirlwind tour of a lot of places - starting out in Florence, then Venice, then Salzburg (via Innsbruck), then Vienna, Prague and finally Berlin.

I hope your trip is going well! :D

Have a fantastic time. As for must see attractions, there is a History of Sex museum in Barcelona which is worth a visit, it's on Las Ramblas (near the big square at the top?), also Sagrada Familia is incredibly awesome. In Paris, Notre Dame, Sacre Couer, Montmatre (but ignore or be very firm with the 'friendship bracelet' scam artists around there), we didn't go into any of the art museums, but L'Orangerie (I think) is supposed to be well worth a visit. We tried to go, but it was a Sunday and they were closed. Go up the Eiffel Tower, but be prepared to wait all day in enormous queues. Eat lots, keep a very close eye on your bags (particularly on the Paris metro which is notorious for pickpockets), take lots of pictures, and most of all enjoy yourselves!

Ooh. My travel partner's face lit up when I told her about the History of Sex museum. And our hostel is in the Sacre Cour area so I think we're going to wander around tonight. Thank you so much for the tips! We hit the Louvre today, and I'm going to try and upload a bunch of pictures later. :D

How late did you go to avoid the lines? I wasn't sure I wanted to go at all because I'd heard about the terrible lines, but I wouldn't mind going at night at all.

Apparently the Moulin Rouge is really close to our hostel, so we're seriously considering it. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble figuring out if it's open Sunday nights. They don't seem to have a schedule posted. :/
