Sign makers on industrial estates. I picked up a huge sheet for a tenner, and he threw in a load of scraps for free.

Had to go and look up to confirm what it is, but it looks awfully similar to what Sainsburys used to stand their milk bottles on. I haven't paid attention to it recently, but it used to cover the grid shelves in the cages of milk to provide a flat surface. I cadged a couple of sheets as a resource for work, but that was ~3 years ago.
