At first I really thought KSR had some kind of genre lapse and was allowing some fantasy to creep into "Sixty Days and Counting", the last in the "40 Days of Rain" trilogy with a subplot about Buddhist exorcism. But he reversed it and made a hilarious observation about parenting and being careful what you wish for. When I read the punchline I laughed out loud, and hubby wanted an explanation because I was reading in bed, but the whole storyline with Charlie and Joe was too long for me to explain. KSR rocks. Please convey to him that I think he is awesome, hopefully without making me sound like a stalker.
