friend and i spent yesterday with phone contracts
her's with two different companies
one she has constant problems with but can't terminate for other reasons
she is going to go with the one i use which has no contract comittment
she was doing it on line and found me a better deal
she was changing me to that but as son is in on my plan she wasn't sure he would be covered

Sometimes it is helpful to talk to a real person. Other times, they aren't really the person you need to be speaking to. This time I think we've got things conquered. I sent them out two different contracts, one for each of the phone numbers, and hopefully this will resolve the issue and they'll be able to move ahead with converting the second phone.

i eat fresh fruit every day, throughout the whole day 😊

The sugars in fruit are only able to metabolize efficiently first thing in the morning. When faced with that much sugar in the afternoon/evening, it often turns to fat instead of nutrition. So, I limit my fresh fruit to before noon.

that's why i don't eat in the evening. no supper at all. for at least 25 years. if i ate supper, i guess i'd be double in size/width! i eat one meal in the morning, one light meal between 12 and 2 p.m. (at work), and that's it. in the evening - an apple, or orange, or some blueberries. and that's it.

I'm really looking forward to using my new mixer. Of course, I don't get it until Xmas, but that's a minor point when I think about the years I haven't had a good mixer available.
