I don't know what this is about, but it totally reminds me of "Caravan" projekt by Michael Asher. At first, the idea was to park a rented trailer in different parts of the city each week during the exhibition. This was an ordinary trailer and for a casual passerby nothing indicated it was considered to be a piece of art. Anyway one could find information about where the caravan was currently parked at the museum. it was kind of critic on museums.

for me it’s like a symbol of freedom and independence
and inner sense of aesthetics
the title is “I always want to hear a truth, even if it’s a lie”
