I don't know what this is about, but it totally reminds me of "Caravan" projekt by Michael Asher.
At first, the idea was to park a rented trailer in different parts of the city each week during the exhibition. This was an ordinary trailer and for a casual passerby nothing indicated it was considered to be a piece of art. Anyway one could find information about where the caravan was currently parked at the museum. it was kind of critic on museums.

напомнило мне историю, когда из паблик-арт проекта Леонида Тишкова кто-то украл все простыни, Михаил Гнедовский сказал: "Это же хорошо. Народ нуждается в современном искусстве."
