I got my running in yesterday. Went running at around 5:00-6:00PM, so I got a bit in. I didn't do much, though, because I'm really out of shape. I ran 4 200's, but then I walked the 200 on the way back to the start line as recovery. I'm probably going to do the same thing today, then I'll try running 3 300's tomorrow, just to see if I can get them
