Grading is Hell

All I want is for my student to do well. Nobody tells you how emotionally draining grading papers can be. Sure they tell you about how it takes a lot of time to do. However, I have never been warned about the sinking feeling you get when the kids you start to know and love as students miss answer after answer on a multipule choice test. I'm on
