So, my best friend and roomie came out as bisexual today. I'd kind of suspected something for a little while, but I was extremely happy that she decided to tell me! It honestly seems like I have more gay and bisexual friends that straight friends LOL!

But seriously though, I love it when people can be comfortable and confident in themselves to tell

That's really cool. It sucks that even to this day, people feel like they have to hide who they are out of fear, but at least no one's going to try to burn her at the stake for being a witch or anything.

And I feel your pain about the Guns bunnies; I can't even listen to music without being attacked by sex crazed Guns! And they want another series; I would've thought the two they've already got would be enough but appparently not. Are all Guns muses this horny & greedy?

Yeah, which is a major plus. She kinda got freaked out while telling me because she was so convinced that everyone's reaction was going to be as bad as when I came out, but we talked about it and she cooled a bit. I hate it when people are scared to say who they are because they think bad things will come of it

It's nice to know we've evolved at least a little, enough so that for the most part we can be ourselves without getting killed for it on a daily basis. And, at least you friend has you on her side. Some times that one person can make all the difference.

Shit, vampire Guns are fucken hot. I say go for that one. It must be going around, the other series I mentioned is for evil vampire!Guns.

The brownies and pie look yummy. I did not have as good of luck this weekend as the coffee cake I was making spilled over the sides of the pan and started a small fire in the oven.

Yay, big hooray! I feel like throwing a party for all of the awesome people! :D

Aw *hugs* I was utterly petrified of telling my mum that I was a lesbian becuase I was seriously worried that she was going to freak out about it. Unfortunately for me, she did, and she did in seriously big style, which is why I now live with my BFF. I hate it when people make such a big fuss over something that doesn't really affect them personally. It's our choice of how we want to live, and I hate it when people can't respect that :( Man, Allison Danger is honestly one of the most incredibly awesome people on the face of the earth!!! I fucking love that woman!!! Aw *hugs again* As long as you're comfortable, I don't think it really matters when you tell them. Your happiness comes first, and that's the most important thing :)

Dude, that sucks, and I want to hug both you and Hayley to death. One year, you guys (and Hayley's BFF, if she's interested) should totally visit for mardi gras. The Cardiff one is just a massive family picnic, but with more drag queens, because other sexualities are so mainstream around here. This year, for instance, we're taking madam and meeting up with my mum and stepdad. It'd be awesome if you guys joined us one year.
