I'm guessing you got the .gif here and yourmanuscript made an icon of it over here.

There's quite an icon-boom going on; I've got 131 icon-slots and they're not enough for all the pretty!

Oh thank you! I was about to scroll through the bbc_news community to look for that person.
Actually what I want from this gif is to crop it a bit and still maintain the color, and maybe reduce the last frame. I know there are 19 frames and each is just about 5/6kb and I just have to crop all the frame to identical size and then run the gif again, but I know there must be a programme where we can crop directly gif and video right?

I'm debating whether to endure some ads to get more icon slots. I only have 6 now o_O I think Colin is worth those ugly ads *sigh* I hate LJ!

I haven't a clue how it would work as I can't make .gifs (or icons for that matter) to save my life! :D
