He has a strict code of his own ethics, so I suppose we'll have to watch and wait to see what he's up to. He's only mentioned taking over this place and turning it into Shibuya, but I see no plausible way for him to accomplish that. The people here are very different from back home; I don't see them letting it go through without a hitch.
