I may be wrong, but I don't think there was enough blood to indicate a death. Injury, yes, but perhaps Meloni survived. I kind of hope so.

Right? It certainly wasn't the torrent we've come to expect. And then his face was doing that weird thing just before they cut to the credits. Here's hoping.

I think he suspected she was the traitor and didn't want to believe it, hence the face. But was prepared anyway, because of who he is.
