What I want to know is why Rory didn't blame himself. I mean, if he'd just said "Press the green button", none of that would have happened.

And if Amy had just asked "Which button?" none of this would have happened.
And if the Doctor had gotten the time streams right for ONCE this wouldn't have happened.
And why did the Tardis bring them then? It's pretty much been stated the Tardis goes where her thief needs to go.

Seems to me there's more then enough blame to go around.
