You can I believe get Vegetarian Gelatin which is from a plant but I am not sure which.. Would Cornflour work as well?

I keep hearing about agar agar it in my quest to make veggie marshmallows but I have not really looked around that seriously for it yet! Apparently it is reasonably common in large supermarkets or heath foodie stores so you have inspired me to have a look again... I really want my marshmallows!

You can get vegetarian jelly stuff, we have it at home! Randomly, it comes from Pakistan so I am not sure where my mum gets it from!
