Love the build up of tension. I don't mean to get all serious, but I'd like to say
thank you for having the courage to write this and making it teasing instead of explicit. If anyone gives you a hard time (or any writers of Ender slash), you can tell them, it's pure fiction! I read this seeing a very innocent young man, not a child, because of what the military has done to him, which is no less than what happens here.
The author himself thrusts an child into adult conflicts, so no one should be surprised that fan writers would pick up on it and run with it. Teaching children to kill is just as wrong as this abuse. But, thanks to Mr. Card's skill, it made for great dramatic fiction. Fiction is fiction. Good job.
