I just broke 10000 words!

Of course, I'm behind on my daily word count, although technically I'm not. There was a long passage I had to remove from the story, though I'm pretty sure I can put it in farther along.

I set a new personal record for word-count in one day. This is one of my best ever: The day's count is 2761 words, giving me a grand total so far of 8990 words on my novel. That leaves me about two thousand words ahead.

I hope I don't get too many more ideas tonight, or that if I do, I'll remember them tomorrow. I need sleep.

In terms of my NaNoWriMo, I'm ahead of the game again today. The count for the day is 1713, over the daily minimum needed again. My grand total is 4133 words ( Read more... )

I'm trying NaNoWriMo this year. So far, and I've got more writing time today I've got 899 words. Its' a science fiction piece.
