Summary: A good snooze makes everything seem better.
Draco woke from his snooze feeling refreshed in mind, body, and spirit. He indulged in a leisurely stretch, wincing at the soreness that still lingered from his recent ordeal. Draco sat up and rose from his bed to check on the baby.
Livvie was sleeping soundly in her cot. Draco laid a gentle hand on her, reassured by her steady, even breathing. He took the time to retreat to his en suite, splash water on his face, and brush his teeth. No one had told Draco that being a parent to a newborn meant he'd have to sacrifice personal hygiene.
