Malfoy was looking less smug by the moment. "Potter, you can't arrest me," he pleaded. "Mum is in the midst of one of the busiest social seasons of the year. The shame would ruin her."
"Allow me to enlighten you," Harry said. "The DMLE doesn't care about social events or sparing the feelings of criminals' mums. We are concerned with dispensing justice and avoiding international incidents with the Canadian officials."
