Lily was surprised when Lorcan cheered more loudly than she did as Gryffindor scored. "You seem to be enjoying yourself," she remarked, a genuine smile curving her lips.
"It's an exciting match," Lorcan said. "It reminds me of school returning and the madness at Platform Nine and Three-Quarters."
"It was only mad because you almost missed the train," Lily reminded him. She giggled at the memory, and he grinned and jostled her shoulder. Lily had missed these fun times with her boyfriend and the carefree joys of simply being a student. Pregnancy was forcing her to grow up too soon.
