I dozed off again, only to be rudely awakened when a damp towel hit me in the face. I sputtered and pushed it aside.
"I'm leaving to teach class," Niko said from my doorway. "Get up and run your five miles before it gets too hot."
I groaned and sat up, displacing the mummy cat. "What about our visitor?" I asked around a yawn. "Not sure we should leave him alone in the apartment."
"He's your responsibility," Nik said before he left.
I looked at the cat on my bed. "Wanna go to the park and run with me, Spartacus?"
